The [ARE] Brand Identity was developed to accommodate 2 things. One it had to be original and recognizable as it’s own thing, but also two, it had to be authoritative as leaders in real estate marketing and sales.
As you can see the acronym of the name lends it self perfectly to messages relating around phrases that are taking action. This was intended to be consumer friendly, and something that would also stick in potential buyers heads. It also is reaffirming to the sellers who may use this service, as it feels very confident.
Utilizing a colour such as orange, the brand messaging is perfectly suited for urban areas. As seen in their out-door signage, it is striking and highly communicative.
